Rhovenshire is a game made by Ambinote Technologies, Inc. ("we"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Questions: info@rhovenshire.com.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the email address and account ID they share with us, and Apple may share your name the first time.
- Your house: the name, banner and portrait you choose, and your settings in the game.
- Your play: the orders you give, your messages to your Council, your chats with other players, and any reports or blocks you make.
- Notifications: if you allow them, a code from Apple or Google that lets us send alerts to your phone, and your time zone so alerts arrive at sensible hours.
- Technical: error reports from the app and the internet address of your device, so we can fix problems and stop abuse.
We do not collect your location, contacts or photos. We do not show ads, track you across other apps, or sell your information.
How we use it
To run the game and your account, send sign-in codes and alerts, answer you through your Council, keep chat safe, and fix problems.
Who helps us
- Supabase hosts our servers and database (United States).
- OpenAI writes your Council's replies. It receives your messages to the Council and the parts of the game needed to answer. OpenAI does not use this to train its models.
- Resend sends our sign-in emails.
- Apple and Google provide sign-in and deliver notifications.
Each only uses your information to provide its service to us.
Other players
Other players in your realm see your house name, banner, portrait, your actions in the game and the messages you send them.
How long we keep it
As long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your account, profile, chats and notification codes within 30 days. Your house name may remain in the history of realms you played, with no link to you.
Children
Rhovenshire is for players 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, write to us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can turn off notifications in your phone's settings, and delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). You can ask us for a copy of your information or to correct it by writing to info@rhovenshire.com.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and tell you in the game when the change matters.
